They used to be great for Evri drop off and staff are friendly but now don't take parcels anymore as they don't have enough room in the shop due to so many parcels getting left there. They all fall within the couriers dimensions so should not be offering a service if they cannot fulfill it. Stick to selling convenience items and then you won't have the hassle of storing parcels.

Absolutely disgusted with the poor service from this store. A Christmas present was delivered by DPD on the 13.Dec for a collection date between 13-19.Dec. Called today 19.Dec to collect, only to find out the store had sent it back on the 14th. I can only guess the parcel was too big and an inconvenience for them to keep. I will never use this store for general convenience or any other business. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Merry Christmas

Missing an expensive part of the order through Uber Eats. Contacted shop twice without any luck of resolving the situation. 'Can't get in contact with boss' isn't good enough when I have been charged for an item that has not been delivered. Saying 'It wasn't on the list' is a pile of rubbish as it's on my receipt. Surely it's easy to send it out as I can't pick up right now?. Said I would send a screenshot. Can't be bothered trying to make sense of it so going through Uber for my money back. If I don't get my money back, expect to hear from me. Not leaving £25 of my money to be stolen.
