Absolutely appalling customer services. Coffee machine is invariably out of order. Staff standing around talking rather than actually working - net result being that fresh bakery items are never put out early enough for those of us who actually do go to work - to work not stand around gossiping and moaning about bad backs/or talking about customers who have already left the shop. Sandwiches thrown onto shelves squashed upside down - just awful!

Today I received the ultimate assistance I've ever received from two shop assistances by the name of Dana and Sophie, I became unwell and these two young ladies helped me not only with my shopping but also made sure I was OK to drive, nothing was to much bother. I'll be forever in their debt. I will be writing to head office to ask for some kind of reward as this sort of customer care should not go unnoticed. GREAT JOB LADIES ?

Today's visit was as awful. Cages full of stock blocking nearly every aisle, a spillage on the floor which had been surrounded by cones etc preventing access completely to one of the freezers, staff pushing cages around, forcing customers to move from where they are looking at items. Absolutely awful. I also find a good few of the staff in this store to be rude and to have very poor customer service skills. Disappointed. Samantha middle age, staff member always on till is a wind up merchant and a racist.

Never had any issues with this store before staff are always very friendly.

However, today been charged the regular price for a wrap when it was reduce. Cashier was too busy chatting to other staff member to notice big yellow reduce stick on front of package. Think she needs to spend less time talking and concentrate more on what she's doing. Not very good customer service.

This is possibly the worst tesco express in the country. They are polite and courteous, but most of the time too polite. Always a huge q with the till ladies/gents having a chat with each other and the customer at the till! Normally only 1 till ever 9
Open too!

Terrible speed. Like some others have said previously give yourself half hour to get in and out.

My 2 friends, aged 23 and 22 was refused alcohol because they didnt look 25! Well of course they dont because they aren't but when I went to buy it for them, they then refused me too because I was going to give it to them! Who made Tesco and the job worths working there in charge of the british law re: the purchase of cigarettes and alcohol age limit! And why wasnt I allowed to buy it? Only 4 days previously the same 23yr old was served with cigarettes and alcohol and all the staff said when I challenged them with this they shrugged their shoulders and said 'he shouldn't of been' bloody ridiculous.
