If there was a choice of zero stars that would be more appropriate for the rude disinterested woman behind the counter who carried on with her phone call while I stood there waiting to be served only to speak a language I understand under her breath and insult us entitled white English folk!!!! I stood there and waited ordered what I wanted only for her to not even acknowledge I’m there and carry on her phone call! Is it just me or is basic service no longer required!

One of my local shops and refused to do me gas and electricity I had cash for it and the man was rather rude, would be 0 stars if I could... Will not be using this shop again and telling family and friends to avoid ? unbelievable

I brought a few big Evri parcels to the shop when the Evri driver was there collecting parcels. I asked the lady who worked there to scan my parcels so the driver could load them into the van straight away. I understood shops don’t like to store big parcels due to limited space. All she had to do was to scan them and the driver would take them at the same time. Nope, she wouldn’t even scan them and kept asking me to take it up with Evri. I never come across anything like this as I just don’t understand her thought process. Rude and arrogant!!

Don't leave your EVRI parcels here - they vanish into thin air, never to be scanned again! Several posts on the eBay community forum saying similar too - wish I'd seen them before I tried using EVRI via this drop off point.

Fantastic service always in the shop, never any issues dropping parcels off and always collected hassle free. Super friendly service, great opening hours and a pleasure to visit everytime

Dont send your evri parcels here they are all flung up on the shelves and you have to scramble through yourself with no help from the rude staff.
