FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Went in here after optician refused to repair my glasses. My arm needed screwing onto the frame. They sorted me out really fast. They has a kit especially for this! I mentioned it would be tricky for me as my eyesight is terrible without my specs and he offered to do it for me. I am now on my way back to work with my glasses repaired!!! THANK YOU to the lovely young man. I did not catch your name ?

I was amazed at the level of professionalism and the dedication of the staff at Big discount Dewsbury. I initially went for a charging cable but I left with headphones, charging cable and some tools. Thanks to the helpful staff I will most definitely return and also recommend to friends and family. 5 stars!! 🙂

Stuff are decent enough to buy but what I don't like is a certain guy who works there following people about..I have nothing to hide am just wanting to browse without making me feel uncomfortable especially when it was near till I was looking at first two alsles I know people shop lift but no need to put customers off by then also talking in your own language while I pay due to this I'll only go in if desperate for something can not get else where you have CTV so why follow people and keep asking can I help you which is another put off if I need help I'll ask
