Been coming here for 3 years now. Have not a single bad word to say about these guys. Great hospitality, amazing selection of food, drinks and alcohol. And they get to know you on a first name basis which is always nice.

Use to be a favourite shop until I accidentally walked into their opening door of which I am sorry for, but the attitude from the fathers' son came out and was aggressive, and while I do admit it was my fault it was pouring down with rain and had just taken some medication, but the reaction I had from the son that was completely uncalled-for, none of the other staff were involved, they have Always been polite and greeted me genuinely with a smile and a hello it's a shame it was ruined by this incident I may have said some heated words back in defence with the argument, that I regret and sorry, I still decided to keep full stars as they really are a great shop with nice staff, But accidents will happen even with my visibility restricted with the rain and not feeling my usual self, but all in all it is a good shop with good staff shame my experience was ruined, and the door was considered more important than the damage it inflicted upon me

It's one of the best helpful shops i have ever known , being disabled there is nothing the staff wouldn't do to to help me and always have a smile on there face . i just wish more people would take a leaf out of there books , AND IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT .I just wish more people would make life as easy as Star Stores Charminster Ave Bmth ... A VERY BIG THANK YOU ,,,,,,,

These guys are doing an amazing job supplying the local community. Do they ever sleep? They even teach me a bit of Turkish!! Awesome little shop! Especially in this lockdown.
