Diabolical, Shameful, and lacking any kind of customer service. I popped in to buy some items, and it was labelled at 80p. I got to the counter, and the guy said £1.00. We both went over to check it out and said "oh wrong price." He called his manager, and both stood their ground and charged £1.00. (I bought £10 worth). The manager refused to honour the displaced price. Will not be going back. Rather than employ security, the cashier will be busy looking at the CCTV and lack concentration, asking you the same question repeatedly. Woeful

Bargain hunters den! It's not a pound per item but 99p- 1p less. You may find a wide range of everyday products-coffee, canned foods, drinks, chips, cleaning items, cat and dog food, kids corner with some books and other products, toiletries, that could be found in bigger stores or even high street stores but the price- amazing! No groceries! They know how they do it but there are loads of people who want to save and they don't feel like they had paid more.

It also consists of variety of foods that may be very good but you have never heard of or you have never tasted. It's a good opportunity to give it a go as it won't cost you fortune!

It's a big store however with few staffs. Two at till and two refilling products.

Can you not individually seal wrap the clippers nails for each break very easily and quickly.

We just shopped at the store Ms Riya was at the counter, It takes two seconds to ask the customer if they need a bag and to say thank you. when asked for the bag it was just kept on the side while she called the next customer in.

Sad to say I didn’t have a good experience here.
The shop itself is extremely grotty and to be blunt a health hazard.
Please note nothing is 99p it’s either £1 or £1.25
The staff here a rude and u helpful , there are much better alternatives than Sam’s 99p shop.
If this shop wants to remain open I think people skills are necessary and cleanliness.

Probably won’t revisit whilst it’s bog standard and cheap the staff are rude and smelly all of the stink of BO they should wash before work.

Visited with my baby one male member of staff kept looking and made me feel uncomfortable. The shop is dirty and needs cleaning there are dead fly’s in the shelves. Either clean up in all aspects or clear off it isn’t hard to
