Best shop in town for Bangladeshi community and asian community people for their Daily groceries. Regular customer. Ordered 10kg beef and got it after next day. The meat quality is top notch. The owner raju bhai is a friendly humble person. Recommended.

I don't have any complaints regarding the available Indian grocery options, but I was completely dissatisfied with the behaviour of the cashier when my payment was declined. I was worried that money was deducted, but the transaction was somehow declined. All I was trying to do was opened my account and showed him the transaction. Instead of assuring that my money would be back, he started yelling at me and asked to show for the available balance in the card.
He literally doubted me that I was kind of faking that card is in working condition which was pathetic. I opened my account and showed him my balance and tried to explain that there was some problem from their end. But he didn't even bother to listen to me. I blame him for not dealing with his customer in a right way. This is not the only store where you can get Indian groceries and there is one more just 3 shops away.
First learn how to behave with customers and train your staff to not yell at them or humiliate them in any manner. The experience in this store was just disgusting. I would never visit it and recommend you also not to. Instead go to Best foods which is just adjacent to this store.

The men in shop are liars. They asked my husband where he is from and my husband asked them back where they are originally from. The shopkeeper claimed he's from India (West Bengal) thinking my husband will not know they are lying. My husband knew the dialect of Bengali they were speaking was not from West Bengal. He immediately challenged them and then these guys admitted they are from Bangladesh and have never been to India. Even their grandparents were from Bangladeshi part of that area. These guys admitted they tell people they are from India as it helps them get more customers somehow!

Fresh food, lovely service and recently they have added butcher's corner too. We've been given a lollipop for our toddler for free countless times. Very helpful staff that helps you with carrying the veg adn fruit while you shop. Cards are accepted. It's a little bit cramped when it comes to space, so not buggy friendly really.

This is a Bangladeshi Shop, what you will get

1. All kind of asian groceries
2. Vegetables
3. Fish/Mutton
4. Frozen Asian food

Most importantly , you will get Goat meat on Wednesday and Thursday.

Price is no difference from other asian shops but behavior is really welcoming.

Worst experience, while buying beef they told us the weight and price and then when they started cutting it into pieces they hide a big chunk of meat from our loaf and then when we requested to weight the meat again the difference was caught but then they started making excuses that while cutting the meat in machine waste products are discarded, how come in a whole loaf which Is already clean and there are no waste in it there will be waste products that to a major weight difference of 150+ grams in 1.2kg meat loaf, ridiculous and fraud behaviour of the staffs.
