If I only could leave no stars. I placed an order on the 23 May. I still have not received it. There have been approx. 40 emails between Mon Panier and myself. I have requested refunds without success.I also received a phone call from them re. feedback. They said they would come back to me later in the day, they didn't of course. In the meantime they still have my money. Please beware, I didn't find them trustworthy.

Order #2014873 - I processed my order on the 10/05/24 and received it on the 30/05/24... I've contacted customer service by email and phone on several occasions which I found not entirely efficient. I understand that there may have been some technical issues however I would highly recommend being more informative with any ongoing issues as otherwise customers are just left waiting in frustration. Definitely room for improvement. However I'm glad all got sorted in the end. I won't let this 1 bad experience put me off buying again as my 1st experience was fine, no issues.

The worse groceries shopping I encountered in my life. The website said they do next day delivery or max 2 days.
I bought Friday evening and understand they may deliver next week. I patiently wait and emailed them regarding my shipment and no response UNTILL Wednesday I called them. Finally The lady told 1 of the products is out of stock and do I mind changing other products available. Which mean if I didn’t call they won’t do nothing UNTILL I chase them? My products £3.80 she offer me to change something is £2 . I said no and specifically told her what I wanted which is 3.60 and that’s fine losing 0.20 .
She then promised rest assured that will be delivered this week max.
I waited UNTILL Friday I called them again and then said sorry will update me the tracking.
Nothing UNTILL Monday again I called them and finally told me it was shipped n given me the tracking.
I then only received after 2 weeks , on Tuesday but is missing products that agree on changing . What’s the point back and forth emailed asking what I want and then not send it and didn’t refund either. Can’t even manage 5 items I ordered .

Never sent items - 5 weeks later I am now on hold as every demand I have made for a refund has been met with lies that it’ll be posted in a few days. Wish I’d seen the bad reviews before I wasted my money with these thieves

Absolute joke of a company, I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Placed my order which was quickly dispatched and on a 48hr delivery, almost 2 weeks later I emailed to ask when my order will arrive to which they emailed back saying there was issues in customs and despite their best efforts could not be delivered and I was given a store credit or a refund if I wanted it, well considering you can't deliver what's the point in store credit. In all honesty I don't think my order was even dispatched and they just waited for me to question them as no tracking was ever given. Avoid this business!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CHILDS LIFE.I made an order from this company for fruit puree for my infant daughter and part of the order was already out of date.I rang them and they agreed to replace the items. Another box came and they were out of date again and now they will not pick up my calls or contact me again.I am going to contact trading standards and the food hygiene authorities.I am sending photos of proof of some out of date items and some with a few weeks left. SHAME ON YOU .

I ve ordered multiple times and I have always been happy with my orders ! Quick delivery and the selection of products is very large. The products are also well packaged and it is always a happy moment when I receive my items.
