Went down just to grab some things for dinner when we met a very unwelcoming worker called Cody he was very rude and when my mrs walked over to him to see if he could serve us he unnecessarily and uncalled for rudness interrupted her we had already been waiting at the till for 10 minutes then when he FINALLY came to to the till he barged past us knocking my mrs with the pile of newspapers that was clearly to heavy for him very disappointed at the young man not the first time I’ve had this on going rude problem with him happen really hope this can get sorted and he takes in some consideration from this and improve on his customer service to make the only shop in south brent feel welcoming again

Rude and ill-mannered customer 'assistant' at the till. As soon as he had taken payment for my shop, and as I started packing my items into the bag, he immediately shouts "next customer". Didn't offer a receipt to me. I had to ask for one after he had called the next customer. Didn't ask if I needed a bag at the beginning either. Lacking the most basic CS skills.

The staff have no manners, one in one out system just doesn't work, one person came out so I went in and got pushed out claiming the shop was full, the limit is 10 there was only 5 people in the shop, I was treated like a dog, never in my 12 years of shopping here, have been treated so badly.
