Coop always has an exceptional and good deal, the stores are arranged for ease of shopping. I am particularly happy with the wide space between shelves along the aisle it gives a comfortable shopping. Their wide array of services is also comfortable. It’s freezing in there!!! had to do a speedrun buying all the things I needed or else I would turn into an ice cube - how is that a welcoming environment for the clients? Also because of this fruits and veggies are completely frozen and not possible to eat them fresh also they turn bad quicker because of this. Such a shame!

Useless little shop. I often get deliveroo orders from this shop and in the last few weeks they have messed up 4 orders. Twice missing items and Twice things that i didn't order..and they never pick up the phone...complete and utter clowns. I won't the using this rubbish little shop again!!!been ringing constantly for 25 minutes they never answered just kept hanging the phone up. Probably because they new messed up again...in the end they took the phone off the hook....I will be contacting head office tomorrow...maybe they can sort out these incompetent rude clowns ?....

Terrible customer service. Very unpleasant staff!!!. Come today evening to shop want to drop off dpd parcel. Very unpleasant guy at till say me " you have to come back about 20-30 min because his colleague is on brake now". I understand when shop will be busy , but shop was empty and guy at till do completely nothing just stay behind till. Highly not recommend this shop !!!!!!!!!!

the second time ordering online and a dismal failure , this time i ordered before seven pm for a 7-8 delivery it is now five past eight and nothing but excuses , there is ice cream in this order too so for the service is abysmal and i will not use them again !!

Staff needs to be trained on how to apply customers' apprenticeship/student cards discount. Each time there is someone new at the counter they gat baffled and don't know what to do. What's the point of having a discount card if it cannot be applied due to incompetency of the staff. Don't be part of the scheme if you don't want to explain the rules to your workers.

Very disappointing and shocking experience. Went to buy 4 cans of Stella Artois on the evening of 16/03/2023, and yet again the packing is always damaged due to the flimsy cardboard, so had to pick up the 4 cans separately. I went to pay, and just casually asked the male cashier, would he mind giving me a bag free as the packaging was damaged, and I would not have had to buy a bag usually. He rudely replied to me to read the small sign to buy or bring a bag with you. When I said l willl leave it then as didn't want to buy a bag, he shouted loudly at me to get out of the shop. Usually people use their own discretion, and would have kindly offered me a free bag due to the damaged packaging. I was totally shocked, this man should not be dealing with the general public. No customer service skills whatsoever! I felt so humiliated. Never returning.
