I purchased their excellent straw boater with the ribbon from Toye, Kenning & Spencer. I must say, the quality is excellent. The leather sweatband very comfortable, genuine leather indeed! (Some hatters use a cheaper simulated leather alternative). The straw hat is well-made and a pride in the collection. Recommended hatter!

They shipped the wrong product, I ordered a Gamble & Gun Red Flat Cap and I received Gamble & Gunn Red Button Top Cap. Mistake do happen. With the cost of shipping involved to send it back to the UK, they have agreed to reimburse me fully. Nicola from customer service as addressed it very well in a caring matter.

I'm from Ontario Canada and I just got my news boy hat from Gamble&Gun and I have to say this by far is the best hat I've ever owned it fits the best of any hat I've had and I have a big head and hats that fit right are rare to find Gamble&Gun you all are the best thank you so much I couldn't be happier with this hat.
