Hugely overpriced and no price labels on most of the drinks. Spent almost a tenner on just 4 snack size non-alcoholic drinks, and a couple of lollipops. Also charged 20p for a small non-reusable carrier bag (if it was a more durable recyclable bag the price would be justified). Overall the man who served at the till during the daytime came across rude and suspicious of customers. However, there is normally a much nicer guy serving in the evenings so on account of him I’ve bumped it up to 2 stars. I strongly recommend the shop management to review prices and clearly display prices for all products.

The people who work their r kind and helpful. Supermarket is always open, so you can always depend on it, a bit expensive but all the off license shops and 24/7 supermarket are a bit expensive.

I usually take my time to shop around the place, I guess the owner was Syrian but we’re both Arab so if he spoke in his language I would know what is he saying, he basically told the other guy behind the register in his dialect “what does she want” in a very rude way pointing his fingers at me assuming I won’t understand !! VERY RUDE, please know how to run a business!

Extremely displeased, sometimes they accept my ID and sometimes they don’t. I fought with the cashier for 20 minutes about how my South African license is valid in the UK as you can drive on it. The cashier forced me to fetch another form of ID from my residence in order to purchases what I wanted. Please keep in mind the other cashiers have not has any problems before but the gentlemen that was working today did

Popped in there to look at the beer prices, realised how expensive he charges for them so decided to leave.

As I step out the door, the rude guy behind the counter shouts to me "HELLO... HELLO" to get my attention. I turn around, and he says "CAN I HELP YOU" while eyeing up my pockets to see if I've stolen anything.

Word of advice for him - if you want to keep people entering your expensive shop, then don't instantly sterotype and rudely address people like they are automatically out to steal from you.

But at the same time, thanks - now I know never to step foot in your shop again.

Wheelchair accessible entrance and step free however very small inside. Can be a little bit tricky to move around between the aisles but the staff were very nice the last time I spoke to them.

The owner (presumably) that served me was unfriendly from the start, and repeatedly berated me for not knowing where the security code was on the winning card when he clearly knew where it was. Well he won’t be seeing us again.

We went at midnight, the person who served us was very very very nice, helpful and polite. At this time we did not expect 5o have this level of service. As well, the shop is clean, and you can find anything like a supermarket. I really advise this shop and thank them to be open 24h with this level of service. Thank you!
