Impressive well cared for church in the southeast of London. Fantastic stain glass windows point to a history in line with the countries' age. The fact that a church can sit in with such majesty in the inner city gladdens my heart.

A vauted ceiling and wooden beams present itself in such a glorious manner that it gives you pause to think and be thankful that you can visit and worship in such a wonderful setting.

Incredible place of worship and it brings a real sense of community.

They also usually have 2 services: one in the morning starting at 10:30 and the other at 17:00.

Very sad every time I have tried to go in recent years it is kept locked, I finally got inside and it has been trashed ugly modern screen cheap lino and upholstered chairs. Totally ruins the atmosphere of a spectacular listed building. Not somewhere I want to go to church now I have moved closers sadly.

This church was suuuuch a big catalyst in helping me find Christ. I have a lot of issues that have made me feel like an out cast and feel alienated from everyone. This church through their loving and kind demeanour, their gentle approach to the bible and the way they are so encouraging has made me feel like I actually belong their. It’s been two years and I’ll always call this place my church home. Just go their already ?, go listen to Ben or Joel talk man.

Friendly evangelical Anglican church that’s a nice mix of the local community across ages and ethnicity.

Lots going on for kids including a bus for the youth - also does dance ministry, food bank, debt support and more.

Expect a friendly welcome and informal approach (jeans and T-shirt is fine) with worship band at the front in a lovely building where pews are comfy chairs.

All staff and members of the congregation are consistently loving, diligent and receptive to longstanding members of the family and newcomers to the church.
The children care is beyond exceptional, the teaching informed and practical, weather delivered by Ben, Chris, Anne, Andrew, Andy, Hannel, Anita or any one of St Peter’s very talented team. The worship easily competes and some mornings seems better than any I’ve experienced, Bethel, Hillsong or Westminster Cathedral
