Lovely display of houseplant, garden plants, topiary, trees and shrubs. Also plenty of pots and nice gift shop.

Cafe was neat - pleasant home-style cooked meal. Talking about £10 per head for a meal and a cuppa

What a joy to discover the Christmas trees here! We’d driven around a fair bit looking at other sad offerings and thinking we’d never find a decent tree. Lovely trees and fantastic service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Went looking for plants for a specific situation without knowing quite what I was looking for. The lady at the desk was lovely and asked me for more detail and offered some suggestions, but then arranged for the person with more knowledge to meet me. She was great and helped me to choose a variety that would grow to the right size and advised what care it would need. I was very happy and pass on my thanks.

Crammed full of bulbs, seeds, immature and mature shrubs and perennials and quality tools. Popped in for a quick secateur purchase...Still there browsing an hour later...pleasant cafe too. Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff.

Nice staff
Reasonable prices
Nice location
Pot of tea was a pot of water with a tea bag in a cup. It provided one weak tea and a tea flavoured water. Toastie was nice. Ginger cake was not quite cooked in the middle. Disappointing. Doubt I'll go back.

It's a lovely, friendly place with great staff and merchandise. We really enjoyed our short visit, and we bought some plants to take home on our 200-mile journey!

Cafe serves decent coffee but watch out for overcharging. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 cakes and was charged £11 in spite of the menu stating the special offer was coffee and cake £5. OK it's just £1 I was overcharged but the response when I queried it was completely dismissive. Probably won't be back but if we are it would just be for coffee.
