I visited yesterday for some shopping and also to use the facilities. However the toilets in the main building were out of order at the time of my visit. The only alternative toilet nearby is attached to the cooperative petrol station. This toilet only has basic toilet, sink and dryer facilities. The cooperative store was reasonably well stocked although the prices were somewhat more expensive. Staff were courteous enough and I was able to get what I needed.
Parking is available on the main carpark but also limited spaces are available on the forecourt. Forecourt parking is height restricted due to the need for staff to be able to see the pumps clearly from the till.
Hot food is available from the main building at Gregg's and Burger King. However I did not buy anything from there during my visit.
Finally there is a travel lodge onsite should anyone require accommodation. I have not used this venue myself so cannot rate its facilities.

I'm a local and this is more a co-op with a fuel station rather than a service station.
I was in there today being served by Ian, he is disabled and has high anxiety, he needs help when the place is busy, I had asked for some lottery scratch cards, this completely fazed him, he became very anxious, said the Bloody scratch cards were pain in the a*se.
Three other members of staff, including the Manager walked past the tills with the queue building up and did nothing, never helped him, never took care of the long queue, until Ian summoned them on the intercom , they could have looked at what was happening a made a judgement call, jumped in to help him, I knew Ian wasn't swearing at me but at the Anxiety it was causing him, others may not be so generous and he could end up in a lot of trouble, all because the boss wouldn't help. Rather pathetic.

The staff was good. Extremely busy. Less stations And there was this senseless driver who knew we were behind him in line to get the petrol yet he decided to fuel his car slowly, then go pee and then do some shopping and finally pay after he made sure to he annoyed for around 10 mins and then get into the car only to drive on the parking spot in the front. So the experience here made us feel like we should have never come here knowing there was a BP less than a mile away.

Incompetent manager name (Rob)who was telling me I have something wrong with my taste of hot chocolate, and trying to convince me there is nothing wrong witch costa machine even when machine was poring only hot water without chocolate .
Also staff have lack of training as they was saying there is nothing they can do as machines are set up by Costa.there’s is always something you can do as little as offering refunds for horrible drink!

Signage on motorway says they have bathroom facilities, this is a lie.
There is also never any large cups for the coffee machine.
Height restrictions on customer parking too which dumbfounds me.

So expensive fuel, even pricier than branded ones. Moreover, they don't have a single baby change room/toilet with this facility. They should have consider babies or new parents facilities over there.
