Came here for some new jeans as Diesel has now closed and I have to say, I am really pleased it did! Had such a fantastic customer experience at this Levis store. I believe the guy who served me (about a month ago) is called Adam? (young guy with floppy-ish hair) - he was AMAZING. I would give 10 stars if I could. He made what I thought would be a pretty mundane morning shopping experience to be really enjoyable. Not only did he have patience with me (I tried on A LOT of jeans!) He made me feel really comfortable with deciding the best size and style to suit me. His colleague was also really helpful (girl with long dark hair) who recommended the ribcage style to me - AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Fantastic customer service - I will happily purchase more pairs of jeans from here for that reason. A true testament as to why businesses need to hire star people! I'll be returning 🙂 and no more Diesel jeans!!!

This shop provided me with one of the best and most attentive purchase assistants I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He was not intrusive but still managed to make me feel great with the level of service I received. I even had the cheek to ask him to help find my size of 502's in the reduced pile as well, and he didn't bat an eyelid!

These jeans are incredibly comfortable and stylish. I'm tall and long legged so need very exact sizes. The quality of these jeans was well worth it. I will certainly be going back again and finding the same guy again if I need help again.

10/10 will always buy my jeans from here!

I took some jeans back that didn't fit properly and asked for a refund. The bloke attending me had an attitude which wasn't exactly welcoming. As I left I heared a female assistant say "look how he walks", as I am disabled this just confirmed to me how thoughtless some people can be. They have lost my custom that's for sure.

I have always loved Levi, I really liked this store. The staff were incredibly helpful and easily found what I needed. My Husband and I bought some lovely jeans, excellent quality as always. I will definitely be going back for more. Highly recommend.
