Great place to get bits and bobs. Some items can be expensive. Others aren't. Small car park at the front, larger one at the back.

Shop could do with improved disabled parking as only one space and often used by people 'just popping in' and delivery other parking is to side which is accessed via steep steps.
Isles are too narrow for disabled access. And some times is a bit cluttered with promotions stacked on the floor.
And some items are to high on shelves for anyone in a wheelchair when they can access Isles.
All that being said great selection of items, good value and very helpful friendly staff. Physical structure, space and parking let's it down.

Factory shop is a really nice shop. It's a shame they will not repaint there disabled parking bay. Its so faded now that anyone can park there. One of my visits they had a staff member parking there. The bay has been reported many times but nothing is done.

Went to buy some garden bits, wanted a look at the parasol and the lady behind the counter was so helpful, let me get it out and have a look. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. So great staff, good range of items, tidy and clean and I would say reasonably priced.

For the first time .,.. I'm a bit disappointed.
They had an end of row displaying large above about 7 vacuum cleaners and a price of £69.00. I took one to the till and was charged £99. I queried it but they said the price was for a different type and make 2 of which were also on the stand. This time I was less than pleased that the item I wanted had no large price display, in fact no displayed price at all. I bought it but felt that they should have clearly displayed separate prices for the different items.

Very varied stock starting to increase prices by stocking only top branded items. What a shame used to be reasonably priced . The goods are of a good quality but definitely just like shopping in the high street small discount on all branded items.

The staff here will always drop what they're doing to come and help you out and will always do their best so assist you in finding an item you need.

The exclusive offers received if you have a loyalty card are great. A free scratch card with every purchase where you can win various discounts or free items and occasionally offers sent via email.

The store has such a variety from tea and coffee to clothes airers to hoovers to hiking boots. Definitely worth a look of you're nearby.
