I loved the company and the product at the beginning. I subscribed to the monthly kombucha box and everything was great for a few months, but then the delivery problems started, I had to contact customer service to get my box every month. I eventually paused the subscription and waited 6 month to start of again to see if things have improved. Unfortunately things have gotten worse, I got charged for a box that never for delivered and my messages have gone unanswered. I’ve had to fill in a claim with my bank to get my money back. It’s such a shame because I loved the product, but there are clearly logistics problems that make this company unusable.

I purchased the Dry January Survival Kit and it surpassed my expectations! The variety of products is absolutely outstanding and it is getting me through Dry January with ease. I’m already finding some favourites with lots more to try! The customer service is brilliant along with the delivery and packaging! I will be a regular customer and happy to support this fab business ❤️

Ordered kombucha which still has not arrived, with no answer from company. Sent a message days ago and opened a dispute and yet no reply!! Horrible customer service, practically none existent. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.
Id be a lot more happier with answer, yet I have been left on read.
The kombucha I ordered claimed to be in stock hence why I purchased. Why confirm an order with the possibility of you lying about stock?
Would recommend to purchase kombucha elsewhere with the laughable service this is. Absolute joke, having me jump through hoops to now dispute this purchase because you couldn't be bothered to answer my questions on my order.

My first Kombucha order from KW and an all round fabulous experience. I ordered a variety of fermented vegetables which arrived in York on time and beautifully/safely packaged. The handwritten welcome note and the welcome gift was very much appreciated (thank you ?). The Smoky Kraut is delicious, I’m looking forward to trying the organic Sauerkraut next!

I really wanted to leave a good review but unfortunately I have had a very poor experience. My first subscription batch was sat with the courier for 10 days, which admittedly was not Kombucha Warehouse fault. After a few days I received a phone call in response to my email, by which time the goods had arrived damaged. I agreed to have a replacement and future orders be cancelled. The replacement never arrived as it was damaged in transit! So obviously packaging is poor. I then found I have been charged for a second box, despite cancelling my subscription over the phone and via email! Please refund me £38 immediately and cancel my subscription!

My favourite place to buy my booch. They offer a great range of brands at great prices to try out, and are incredibly helpful if you have any questions. I've made multiple orders with them and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!
