Scammers ,they shipped the wrong item. on purpose as it seems. we have emailed them and called them 100 times. still no answer about a refund or an exchange. they keep ignoring us on purpose. i have reported them and the transaction for fraud

I have bought lingerie from Elouise Lingerie a few times and all I can say is that I wont go anywhere else if I am looking for something special. The under wear I have bought is always of the best quality and lasts a long time.
The service is second to none and it is worth the drive from Newmarket as I know I will always be looked after.
