I frequently come to this petrol station for groceries on my way home from work. Recently there is a new staff member, maybe 3-4 weeks working there, who has a terrible attitude, quite obnoxious, and clearly hasn’t worked in a customer facing job before. It’s a shame as the other staff members are generally really nice and polite.

Oh my life! What ignorant people on late at night. I was knocking on the hatch for 40+ mins needed petrol desperately! A lorry pulled up and still no show! Luckily they told me a petrol station just about 3 miles away as I also needed a charger so couldn't access my maps. Another occasion I went to get cat food. Someone was packing shelves and I was knocking again and still they completely ignored me! I was just there. One person there seems to be the only good English speaker as well as manners!

Filling up with fuel and see manger telling member of staff to put rubbish in the skip then to jump up and down on rubbish to compact it which he did but where the health & safety Morrisons

CHECK YOUR CHANGE! I've called in here for milk three weeks on the trot and I've been short changed on all 3 occasions. The first time I went in someone at the till was also complaining because they had done the same to them.

Lovely, helpful staff and clean shop but there was cream trifles in the fridge that were 2 days out of date. I know mistakes happen and no one is perfect, but if you're buying anything from the fridge, just check the dates.

How can i shop at my convenience through a small service hatch and absolutely no staff in sight. Says 24 hours! Yet it's a fortress after 10pm! If it's locked for security, get more staff!
