This was my second visit to this shop to donate. Both times the staff have been rude and it's put me off ever donating again to this shop. The first time my friend and I brought toys and childrens clothes. We did not get a thank you in anyway and they looked at us as oddballs as we did not know you dropped donations off at back of shop! When we said we were not doing gift aid, the disgusted looks were awful. Thought I would try to donate again today with some books as it may have just been a bad day....it was possibly worse!! I asked for the plastic bag back that the five boks were in and got another look of disgust. "We normally ask donations are in a bag". When I asked were does it say that the lady dismissively pointed at a small sign at back of the shop where it did say this. I really could not be bothered asking how I was suppose to know that. I took my plastic bag as needed for something else and once again there was no Thank You or even a smile!! This shop has problems on customer service with the several staff I met. They are seriously letting the charity down.

You need to visit this shop most Saturdays a 50% off amazing selection don't even get me started on the prices they are amazing if visiting the area definitely give this shop a go been there loads and always found gems best charity shop ever truly a hidden gem of Culcheth

Only problem is its sometimes way overpriced. I'm not paying almost a tenner for a worn designer T-shirt whatever the logo on it . Get get same labels and condition at save the children in Warrington for £3 . I bought a leather jacket from this shop that had been hanging for a couple of months at £85 .I asked staff if they would reduce the price as its been there two months . They let me have it for £50 . Just lower your prices a little and you will see stock fly out . Nice stuff in there but not nice prices . The John Lewis of charity shops.
