Was my fault that I parked on the wrong side of the pump, I parked on the pump for the lorry, didn't realize after I walked back and checked and the reason why the pump isn't running, I heard another customer said Idiot( I just assumed that the staff talked about what happened)once I walked in to pay, I offered my Shell card to be scan and the staff said we don't do that here, shame that outside it says win £100 for shell go+. I was on the wrong side of pump because was looking for self service vacuum.

Many thanks for your reply, I don't find it logic to go online to check unit rates, while it might be extremely easier for you to announce it clearly for your customers!

Good charger BUT you must clearly display rates/KW.
What is happening now is just plug your car then add your card then charge and go. You never get any updates on unit rates or how much is your bill!!

Then expect the bill in a few days in your bank account!!!

One of the most expensive fuel stations in the local area. Tesco Extra St Neots is the cheapest so I go there instead now.

First time in months been in here to fill up. Gotta be honest,the food is expensive for what you get but that's a personal opinion, it has got a big name behind it though so probably paying 25%more.
At 0430 the place was spotless really clean and all the lights were on making it very welcoming.
I'm going to give a massive shout out to fella working on Tuesday 21/11/22
He superb,really funny and was a pleasure to spend £140 odd in your garage
