Sold me a cold pie for almost £4. Had no hot ones so I asked if it could be warmed up, was told they could but they would have to charge me for it. A lovely visit.

Seen your reply Chris thanks. Maybe ask staff to tell the customers they are cold before they've paid for them.

Went on Saturday and bought a pasty and a pie and when we got home (5 minute drive if that) we realised they were stone cold. We also got a childrens box but we had to pack it up ourselves and were rushed doing it. Very disappointing, wouldn't visit again.

this place had been highly recommended and it did not disappoint! unfortunately there were no meat and potato pies for a while (which i’ve heard are the best) but the stuff i got instead was really really nice, thanks to the staff (and other customers) for their recommendations! they also wrapped it up so nicely:)

Ordered 3 Jacket potato's with tuna. About 30mins ago. They came all burnt but rock hard in the middle. Tuna was like water. Runny. Not nice to look at or try and eat. Will never order again. For what was charged and delivery.

I LOVE THIS SHOP..!! Over the road from work, counter always well stocked, great selection to pick from, and the staff are always happy to make you something if there's a sandwich you want that isn't there. The staff are fab, all REALLY helpful, and the Manageress (who's name escapes me...) is lovely. Love them all, keep up the good work..!! 🙂
