I’ve stayed in pretty much every hotel in Wembley and the surrounding areas for work, and this one is by far the best. I stay here all the time now because it’s consistently great.||The hotel is modern — much more up to date than others nearby. The rooms are clean, stylish, and really comfortable. The TV setup is great too — you can easily cast your own Netflix or whatever you want to watch. The food is good (and they do proper room service!), the gym is a nice bonus, and the air conditioning actually works well, which isn’t always the case elsewhere.||The staff are always friendly and helpful, and everything just runs smoothly every time I stay. Genuinely can’t fault it — easily the best option in the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Park Plaza Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean, and comfortable my room was.
The amenities were top-notch — the pool and fitness center were spotless, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. The location is perfect too, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable.

Nina was honestly a breath of fresh air during my stay at Park Plaza Park Royal. |From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt at ease. Absolutely “home away from home” experience. The hotel is warm, friendly and well kept and really clean. It’s also in a well connected part of London that does not have a mass amount of the cities global hustle. I will return. Big shout out to Niamh, she is an absolute sweetheart, so warm and welcoming, her personal touch made a huge difference.

Amazing Location and Excellent Stay!

Park Plaza Park Royal is in an amazing location and so convenient! The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Especially Katie at the front desk and the waitstaff in the restaurant. The free breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and I loved that there were affordable snacks available in the lobby with plenty of options.

It’s very close to the tube, which made it easy to get to the airport and central London. The hotel also stored our luggage for us and even gave us a £10 voucher to use on dinner since we chose to skip daily cleaning—such a nice touch!

Our room was spacious, the towels were huge and soft, and it was great being close to the Garden Studios TV studio. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!

We’re currently staying at Park Plaza London Royal Park and have enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The food has been absolutely fantastic, fresh, delicious, and really well presented.

A special mention to Justyna, our waitress, who has been outstanding. Her service is top-notch: attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. She really made both meals a pleasure and added to the overall experience.

So far, everything has been excellent, looking forward to the rest of our stay!
