The food was delicious, but the customer service really let the experience down. The waiters took a long time to come to our table, didn’t check on us at all, and we had to wave them down every time we needed something, which felt unprofessional.

This was surprising because there were only 2 other groups in the restaurant at 10pm, making the atmosphere feel a bit strange and unexpectedly quiet.

I had also mentioned on the reservation that it was my birthday, but nothing was acknowledged no greeting, no gesture, nothing.

Overall, the food was great, but the service wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion, though it might work for a very quiet date night.

Came here on a Saturday Evening for my cousins birthday celebration. Table was not ready on arrival we had to wait about 15min to be seated. I love loud music but when dining, this overpowered the experience, the waiter could not hear our drink requests we had to shout to be heard. Waited 1hr for drinks to arrive. When another waiter came to ask for food orders, they asked what drink we wanted to which we said, we had already ordered... when food arrived we all got mains... starters came after we had already finished our main meal. And to top it off, some of us ordered baby potatoes with our meal and we did not receive it. They didn't even inform that they had ran out until we complained. Although manager was approachable he did little to try offer any reconciliation for it. We sent back the starter because why are we receiving it after our main meal that made no sense. The waiter became rude and had such a bad attitude. They were coming around holding a drink asking who ordered it when none of us had, the same with chips portions. The DJ was good, when the place turned into a 'party vibe' no one got up to dance it was terrible ! Only good thing was the company I was with... but honestly I've never been to such an overpriced, underwhelming service in my entire life of living. Would never ever return and do not recommend anyone coming here.

From the vibes, to the service, to the food, everything was amazing 😍😍. I came here for my birthday dinner & as we were the only
guests for the night, we were allowed to play our own music and had been thoroughly accommodated to. Our waiter , Tyrone , did an exceptional job, thoroughly communicating with us throughout our night and making sure that we were okay and even offered to take our pictures . I also have celiac disease and he was extremely understanding in letting the kitchen know to prepare our food separately and handled my food with care which is rare to find in many establishments. The food was also amazing and succulent, with the drinks also being refreshing and nice. 10/10 would recommend again

Can I say absolutely beautiful service!! Celebrated a baby shower yesterday and the staff, from the 2 hostesses and the waiters and the dj to the belly dancer, they made the day extra special and to the manager on duty. Honestly they all made the day amazing and the food was also tasty we made a mess of the table but damn what a great place. We’ll definitely be attending again.

Went early evening on a Bank Holiday so it was quiet after the weekend, but can’t fault the service and the food, Majed was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the venue, he provided excellent service, food was delicious and nicely presented, the venue itself is beautifully decorated. I think this would be a great venue to go with a bunch of friends for a night out and tasty food, the music was also good. Ignore the empty looking venue, we arrived not long after it opened (It opened at 4pm as it was Bank Holiday Monday) but is usually really busy (especially weekends) would definitely recommend 🙂

Absolutely terrible service. I booked a table for a special occasion and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a Blue Hawaii cocktail which tasted like melted, out-of-date ice cream. I asked to swap it for a Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri, but that one tasted completely watered down with no flavor whatsoever.

On top of that, I informed the staff that I have an allergy to onions—yet my burger still came with onions. That’s not just careless, it’s dangerous.

We were also celebrating a birthday and had arranged for the cake to be brought out. Not only did we wait ages, we even paid the bill and asked again—still no cake. It felt like we were being completely ignored.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We felt neglected, unheard, and overall extremely disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

My family came here for my daughter’s 18th birthday and all i can say is awful! We ordered drinks and waited over an hour for them, the same situation with food. We ordered our food which was okay, however our mains arrived before the starters which is ridiculous! Also we were missing food which took 30+ minutes to arrive after receiving the food that came out originally 🤦🏻‍♀️ when we had complained to staff about this their response was that “ they had a big birthday party” which isn’t good enough as we were also there to celebrate my daughters 18th; There wasn’t even many people there! The music was good but overly loud to the point you couldn’t even hear the person next to you talking. Everything was overpriced for what it was including the drinks and the food. When we got the bill, they tried to charge us for the drinks and food that we did not receive. Unfortunately due to all of our terrible experience, we had to cut the celebration short. All of us will never be returning here and if i could give this place -100 star review i would!

Booked a table for the Shisha lounge and paid deposit more then a week in advance, was called 2 days after booking our table to say that the lounge is being “private hired” for the day we booked so we can’t attend. I asked why I was able to book if it’s being private hired and was told that it’s because they accepted the deposit today?
Unprofessional in my opinion. The table was booked for a birthday celebration and all party’s involved was already given the address/time.
