I have never seen a team work so hard as when Luke and his colleagues moved us. Polite, friendly, engaging, professional and highly energetic; nothing whatsoever was too much trouble for them. When faced with problems that most people would give up on or walk away from, Luke and his team persisted until they found a workable solution (e.g., our bed up the spiral staircase). Julian costed the move at short notice via a video call! Excellent communication and a market-leading price which was well-worth every penny. Both vans arrived on time. They had to contend with a well known online appliance company arriving 3 hours early at our new house taking over the kitchen, plus the main road off our street being resurfaced at the same time! Use Bolt for a stress-free moving day; you’ll be so glad that you did!

Having not moved home for 32 years, packing and moving house seemed like a mountain to climb. Bolt were really fantastic from start to finish. The initial survey was very professional and considered. I was moving from a quite large house with 2 children and booked the packing service as well. They were so efficient at packing my entire house, and were kind and respectful. On moving day the team were excellent. I felt very comfortable around them and they were efficient and professional giving great advice. Afterwards, they have been very quick at collecting all the empty boxes and wrapping paper which is great. I would highly recommend this company.

We used Bolt last month and would thoroughly recommend them. Julian was brilliant and very understanding particularly when we needed to keep wardrobe boxes for longer! Having lived in same house for 28 years, packing and moving was daunting to say the least as so much stuff!!! I was looking for a removal company and a really comprehensive leaflet dropped through our door from Bolt Removals. A really handy guide for moving home. I arranged a home visit, and booked them after being given a very competitive quote. We booked the packing and removal service. On day one the team turned up very punctually at 8am, they were friendly, polite but most of all efficient. They had the first floor packed up in 90mins, the whole house completed by early afternoon. On moving day the team were again very punctual. They quickly got to work, they were very careful and all valuable items were well protected. They worked so hard and had the whole house loaded by early afternoon. On arrival at the new house they got to work and never stopped until the vans were empty. The whole team were hard working and very friendly, I would not hesitate to recommend Bolt Removals to anyone needing a removal service. They took very good care of our belongings and worked with a smile on their faces. Thank you!

Really friendly team, took such good care of our things and respected our new home being super careful with the cream carpets - this was a big anxiety for me that the removal company would be shoes on and walking in mud - they were amazing, laid down blankets, took their shoes off each time and passed the items through from outside - spotless. The team were really nice people, really lovely to chat to and they immediately put our mind at rest when they arrived - felt like they were there to help with anything at all. Highly recommend!
