We visited the Eastbourne store on the 5/12/24 to look at purchasing a new vape. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for but we were served by Luke who took his time with us, discussed our budget and offers they had on that day, he had his recommendations but didn't push it onto us, there was no rush to make a sale and I feel he took his time to get to know us to find the right product, he let us have a look and a feel of other brands until we found one we were happy with. I really felt he took the time to let us find the right fit, like Harry Potter choosing a wand. No pressure, easy to build a rapport with and a comfortable stress free experience thanks to Luke. Amazing customer service and will highly recommend.

I've been shopping at this store for about four years now, and let me tell you, dealing with the manager is like navigating a minefield. Every single time, no matter what’s wrong with your pods or inhaler, it’s always your fault. The guy dishes out the same condescending lectures every time, and I’ve managed to tolerate his behaviour—until today.

Three months ago, on his recommendation, I bought an inhaler and some cartridges. From day one, it was a disaster. I got hot vaping liquid in my mouth, and the draw was so awful I couldn't use it. I went through six cartridges in three days, thinking they might be faulty (because that does happen). Why didn't I go back sooner? Because of his usual blame the customer routine

When I finally did return, the manager asked, "What's wrong with it?" I said it was "Brutal." His response? "That means nothing. Is it broken?" When I said no, he snapped, "So what do you want?" And then he launched into his usual patronizing lecture about how to use an inhaler insisting there was no problem because "it's working."

I asked him to try it himself and brought in a sealed cartridge for but he flat-out refused. Tempers flared.

His sidekick, who was enjoying the show, had a grin plastered on his face the entire time. I called him out, but he kept smirking through the duration.

All I wanted was a solution to the awful inhaling experience. The manager hinted that my cartridges were too strong, but only after much back and forth. If he had just suggested a different cartridge before this escalated, rather than a lecture of how to operate a simple inhaler, this whole mess could have been avoided.

The real issue with this store is their "blame the customer" routine. Even asking advice is interpreted as a complaint.

Amazing service as always, both members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and got me all the correct products I was needing, they informed me that the juice I wanted was now availing in 5mg which was exactly what I was wanting

Amazing store with amazing customer service, they always remember exactly what I want as soon as I walk in the shop and they are always accommodating to your every need, if you ever need advice on anything to do with vaping these are definitely the boys to ask 100% will keep shopping here
