Almost everytime I use your store, most of your staff are rude and too lazy to serve customers and insult me. I have anxiety, and today I’m having another panic attack from visiting your store.

Staff in this place is HORRENDOUS, super mega unhelpful, miserable , moody and just utterly RUDE. There’s a young girl with glasses and dark hair that’s on the till a lot & she literally makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour by serving you - doesn’t pack your items just throws a bag at you.

The other older lady is the same, it literally feels like they don’t want to be there and they take it out on you.

If you hate your job, go find a new one and learn about customer service before you do!

My son ordered 3 white chocolate chip cookies and when he went to answer the door, the delivery guy had brought him a packet of cigarettes instead. This is ridiculous and an extremely serious matter as he is a minor. This to be investigation.

Went this morning ,lady on the till didn’t bother to ask me about member card where I could have save little . Poor customer service, management need to provide more training about customer service

Love the staff. Good little shop for basics. I always get the weekly/fortnightly meal deal. 5 items for £5...bargain. Never had any bad food here. Sells alcohol and cigarettes. Also now have a express Costa machine. Free ATM outside.

Love this place, always good seasonal produce, an make sure you get a co op card, as when you buy co op produce an products, which by the way are really good from their cleaning products to their wines an spirits you earn money for yourself an the community an it adds up really quickly. Let's face it in lock down we have all been using our local shops more than ever, an I find my local co op outstanding, the staff are helpful, friendly an professional, I also feel safe here you are required to wear a mask unless you are exempt and you are required to keep your distance which totally reassures me, they have the screens in place, can not praise the staff enough they have been and continue to be outstanding
