There are 'simple' shops but not typical high street outlets. There is a big branch of Morrisons with parking and a Mcdonald nearby. Loads of free (up to 3 hours) and not free parking all around but beware, ANPR and Pay by vrm Plate in operation in one of the car parks. Failure to concentrate and understand how Ringo parking payments work will cost you £65/100 PCN!

No good shops left apart from the charity shop. After wilko and Argos left it’s been a desert and there is not much to look at or do. Iceland is there but there is a large Morrisons right across. There is a Greggs and a SpecSavers who have both taken over bigger venues, with their old ones being empty. Apparently wilkos area will be turned into a gym, as if we need that with all the gyms already here!

Many stores are empty, but on a positive note, a larger Gregg's has recently opened with plenty of seating.Mostly covered now,useful in bad weather. More public seating would be useful.

Visited on Sunday and most of the shops are permanently closed apart from Matalan,H&B,Savers and Cards shop. Ghost shopping centre
