I wrote a review over a year ago about this place how it was soulless and the tills were unmanned all the time. I went in there last week after a year of not shopping in there and my god it's become even worse. 2 of the staff recognised me and said hello and I got chatting. One of the women looked up and saw her manager and said to me " The manager is looking, we are not allowed to talk on the shop floor" This is absolutely disgusting. Who does the manager think she is that staff are not allowed to talk. That's inhumane. I drove home feeling really sick that someone thinks it is okay to treat their staff like they are nothing. What next? shackles? The manager needs to take a good hard look at herself and behave like a human being. Shop workers are not robots and they are not slaves. Treat them like the human beings that they are. Sickening. Nothing has changed from the last time I went in. In fact it is far worse now.

This review is for Click and Collect Only.
Click and collect does not seem to be functioning properly. It takes allot of time to locate parcels and people have to wait some considerable time. I waited 20 minutes to be served and after I was served I was told my parcel was not there.
The lady that served me was pleasant and tried hard to resolve the issue. She did not seem to be at fault for this problem. I think logistically and how things are stored for collection needs to be reviewed. Do not send your items to this location until they dealt with the problems of click and collect.

This is a local store, always clean and tidy. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, polite and helpful.

I would personally like to thank Silvanna (staff) for her amazing kind and helpful gesture.

The team are very fortunate to have her.

I could go to the superstore in Bexleyheath but this is my local, they have most of the things I want but it is only a local so I don't expect them to sell everything, the car park is adequate the staff are helpful and friendly it's no more expensive than the superstore and they have a better range of garden plants which are very good value. Inside its always clean and tidy ok when they are shelf filling it may block the aisle but that can be expected but the staff will always move their trolly to let you past, I have no problems with this store what so ever.

Crook log asdas is a lovely store with brilliant staff . Especially Michelle who is always smiling despite lack of staff in store . Never enough staff to cover the amount of customers. But when we shop there and we have a trolley someone always jumps on a till for us . Unless of course there’s only one staff working at the time . Come in management get some more staff in to help the staff already working so hard to keep the store going .
