Bought a set of 2015 Callaway irons. Were a brilliant price and arrived really quickly (2 days). We’re in good condition. Then bought a bag for a great price, lightweight and exactly what I was after. This also surprisingly came at the same speed just in time for a round. Great service and will defo use again ?

Yesterday I just part exchanged my set of Irons and my put in good condition.
I purchased a new ping putt. When I removed the plastic the on the face I found a mini dent. Which I’m not really happy as I paid 200 £ as sell it as new.
I asked why did he approve 140 £ instead of 154 as mentioned for part exchanged. No response!!!I come to ask few questions but the salesman couldn’t be bothered to explain. He told me quite firm (the only thing we can do is check the code I get it from the back)the second time that I have asked him some specifications of the Putt.
He really make me understand not to ask questions with his attitude, so I try few putts on the green and thank god I did few research before arrive at the shop.
On top he didn’t even explain me exactly what I need it to do to receive my payment.
So I had to call after as I didn’t receive all the emails.
I think having a showroom like that is amazing, but useless if you have this people that they don’t listen or looking at you.

Great service, purchased some G710 irons via eBay. These were the cheapest I could fine so started "watching them". Offered a discount next day which made them a real steal. Delivery was prompt via DPD in a secure box. One possible niggle is on the website, the filtering of clubs vis lie or dot colour is not as straightforward as one of your main competitors. Communication however is spot-on.

My experience with Golf bidder was excellent! I ordered a new Driver and received it within 1 day. I was saddened when on my first swing with the club the head snapped off of the club. After Contacting Golfbidder and speaking with Will over email I can safley say this was the best customer support experience I've ever received! The communication was lightning fast and I was allowed to replace my club without issue. I would highly reccomend Golf Bidder as even when things go wrong you can feel protected in your purchase!

Purchased an Iron set and unfortunately I noticed one of the shafts was bent. I called customer services and they picked up immediately. Spoke to Will who was very polite and said they would cover the reshaft of the club. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

I got coupon codes for Golfbidder UK and I live in Cyprus. E-Mailed them about not being able to choose Cyprus as delivery location: They responded within a few minutes and sorted everything out form me. A few minutes later I had the UPS Tracking number and order confirmation. This is mindblowing. One of the BEST onlinestore experiences i ever had. I will definitely buy the next clubs there as well. Thany you so much for this amazing service. Keep up the great work!

Don’t offer fair prices, offered me £130 for irons that they sell for £350 minimum and no room to haggle with them. Miserable workers behind the counter.
