Said I had slightly bigger parcel to send. Lady at counter immediately refused to take. I asked what maximum size is, she says 5-10KG. I tell her my parcel is 9kg. She says she can’t help. Make it make sense

Went there before and te lady was nice and polite.
Unfortunately today was a gentleman with poor customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional. Went there to collect 2 parcels, waiting in the queue and when it was my turn the man asked if I could wait for him to serve a customer, I waited.....after 4 customers was my turn again but he didn't make a effort to look for my parcel and he kept saying that I have to wait ?
Left without any of the parcels. I felt discriminated because of my skin colour, that is exactly the same as his ‍♀️

One of not too many local shops where ppl behind the counter still do care and do whatever they can to make their costumers happy. Whoever said bad things about the lady owning the shop must immediately put all drugs away. Why would you be racist or miss behave to your customers while you're trying to make a good name for yourself (especially after you took over from previous infamous owners) and get clients as your business is small and probably( I presume) hardly making any profit? Ffs, u just go there, make your own opinion and thank me later.

Poor customer service
The woman, owner of the shop refused to serve me and apologise when she refused several times to print a label for my parcel that was packaged. I said to her why and i mentioned that it was packaged and sealed and all i needed was for her to print the label as i had the barcode and everything needed. There was no explanation given and she told me to “fuck off” when i asked for an apology. Very unprofessional, she said she did not care about how i felt because she was the owner of the shop so nothing bad could happen to her. Very arrogant. I had to go into another shop because of the disrespect i faced as she chucked the package at me when i asked for an apology as i came in the shop and spoke to her nicely but received disrespect straight away. I thought it was strange as i did not know her as she was rude as soon as i came in. Seems like it could be racism so people of colour should be careful If i could give a 0/5 i would…

Great little shop with lots of stock. Prices are ok for a convenience store. The owner is really nice and always has time for a chat. You may need to knock on the door in the evening as it’s locked due to recent thefts. We also use it to pick up Amazon and dhl packages

Extremely rude, what’s the point of running a business if you can’t provide customer service in the correct manner?

Very racist, as I can see from the reviews they are only polite to those of a certain skin colour which is very disgusting.

It’s hard to say never judge a book by its cover but this store should be shut down due to the amount of disrespect.

I needed to send a parcel by DHL wgen i got there the lady then dealt with the paperwork had been about to travel but turned round and came just to deal with my parcel. Such a dedication to her job. She was also a very nice friendly lady.

Went in today to mail out a document thru DHL Ms KK was extremely helpful and the nicest person. She helped me every step of the way with a huge smile on her face! If you want wonderful customer service this is the place!!!
