I placed an order with Lighting Styles Limited. They contacted me to check I had ordered the correct part. I had to add something to complete the order so I was impressed. It was promptly delivered. Their was later a problem with the product that was completely out of their control again they dealt with it efficiently and with good grace. I cannot thank them enough for there service. particularly Barry who is a true gentleman.

Excellent company with excellent customer service support. Impressed! (note: this comes from a critical, perfectionist person!)

Received a quick response to an initial question about the product, was informed promptly that part of my order wasn't in stock, but was most impressed with the excellent and pro-active approach when I was unable to install the devices on the SmartKnight app. Yes, it was frustrating to initially not to get the devices registered, but with help of their sales and tech team, I got it sorted. Am very much looking forward to having a relaxing and spa-like bath or shower with the multi colour lights installed and working!
No pics yet because the lights are bagged up ready for the ceiling to be painted.

Absolutely great company. We ordered two wall lights which were delivered the next working day. Very high quality, well packaged and excellent instructions. Supported by great customer service via the contact form on their web page.

I have recently placed orders for two different light fittings. The first was subject to a delay by the manufacturer. LS contacted me and offered cancellation and refund. Prior to placing the second order, I rang LS and asked for some advice. Barry sent me the details by email early on the next working day, as he had promised. The order was delivered two days after ordering. Unfortunately, a glass shade was broken during installation. Barry explained how to remove the broken shade and sent me a replacement at a reasonable cost which arrived the next day. Everything received from LS is beautifully packaged. The products are high quality, customer service is everything you would wish for and the prices are good. What more can you ask for?!
