So very happy with the service we got at Mountain Warehouse Stamford, we returned two boots bought from another mountain warehouse store faulty and they were not up to the job, the manager in Stamford however sold us two more pairs of boots and explained the difference. We were very impressed by her knowledge and understanding. She could not of been any more helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again. Sorry, I didn’t make a note of her name, but did notice she was the manager.

Fantastic customer service - I popped in with my partner who was using a small mobility scooter and the lady who helped us was brilliant (15 July 2019, mid-afternoon). And we got what we were looking for at a very good price.

The staff here are so lovely and very helpful. The last trousers in my size were on the manikin so the staff member took them off so I could buy them. All so helpful

Rude manageress. I had to return 2 of their own brand products that failed very quickly, 1st time they begrudgingly gave refund. 2nd time they refused. Very long winded returns process (callcentre), in the end i got a refund. They sell low quality goods - shouldn't be surprised to lots of returns. AVOID!

Decent own brand outdoor gear at decent prices, often has a sale on. Unfortunately the last outdoor equipment shop in Stamford (Apart from the very expensive Rohan) there used to be 4 more outdoor shops but all have closed in the last two years.

Not very helpful in returning goods
Having purchased goods by cash before Xmas 2017 and lost the reciept and went back as the goods I purchased I couldn't use as I had to cancel a trip they were going yo be used for
I went I and explained this to a member of staff and was informed that they cannot give refunds or a credit note with no reciept.
Which I understood and was told I could exchange them for other goods to the value.
So I went in today to do the exchange and was told by the manager that there is nothing she could or would do without reciept
DISCUSTED TOTALLY.
You would think that they would have something in place to help someone in this situation. So now I have nearly £100 worth of clothing that cannot be used GRRRRRRR
WON'T GO IN THERE EVER AGAIN.
WAS BADICALLY IGNORED AND SHE KEPT TALKING TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF STAFF SAT BEHIND THE COUNTER
