Pretty nice and average sized Co-Op convenience store that sells pretty much whatever you need on the go. Staff are nice, food selection is good too. No real problems myself to report other than outside parking is quite limited.

As a local store it's ok. Look for the date on your goods. If you buy salad items or fruit make sure it's all fresh. Don't buy the Greek cheese (Feta type) I found a strange looking worm in one packet.

The cashier has very poor customer service with the way she spoke to me and my partner and ordered us to get a new item to the one she damaged and made a mistake with whilst entering the store there was a trolley against the fridge and all my partner done was push it slightly to get to the fridge. The woman in charge off the trolley was very rude and then asked my partner if she would like her to move the trolley . The cashier dropped a tray of mince pies amd ordered us to pick up another one not asked us two . The last thing is there was no please or thank you from the cashier herself and how she mentioned self service was available and it was pointless in us all standing in the que to pay for shopping !!! I wont be visiting the store in old windsor anytime soon nor will my partner until they have reviewed the staff they employee and make sure they understand the importance off customer service and learn some manors completely un exceptable way off running a shop completely outraged by my visit there today

Be very careful using the tap your debit card machines , they decline your card and remove the declined amount from your bank account, even after the card worked perfectly on the next machine, so you get double charged , the member of staff who I spoke to on the phone stated that it happens all the time , so they are fraudulently removing money from your bank , USE CASH stay safe or shop elsewhere!!!

Super kind workers. And nice store. You can find there any necessary goods, include dairy free, vegan friendly. Also there are pills, magazines, even alcohol. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Love it.

Great little shop but some staff could do with going on a customer service training course. Especially the old woman with blonde ponytail. Every time I use this shop she’s just plain rude. Maybe she should hang up her tabard
