Good options and high-quality food—definitely worth the price. However, the line at the checkout is always long and slow. It could be improved, but it’s possible I’ve just been unlucky.

Watch that tall member of staff with the head scarf. Usually on the tills. Asking very nosey questions to my elderly aunt who goes in there to regularly to buy her bits. The staff member asks her nosey questions like who do you buy the cigarettes for? Where do you live? How many of you are there in your family, why does she go for her morning walks, why does she go for a walk every mornings erm....use your common sense. ...always questioning her about who she buys the cigarettes and food for and so many nosey questions my aunt can't take it anymore. This is putting my aunt off to shop in this store just because of this nosey lady always questioning her about EVERYTHING SHE BUYS! To the staff member: if you are reading this, it is none of your business just let the old lady shop in peace. I will be taking this up with management.

Brought 2 bottles of lucozade which didn't get put into my bag even though I paid for them and they wouldn't give me a refund or the drinks when i realised and went bk. When I got their they tried saying they didn't know they was mine. The worker was quite rude and just stared at me the whole time I was walking out the shop

This is good supermarket but I'm a bit disappointed with the selection of vegetarian and vegan options. If you're looking for bargains I would recommend going in after 5 pm since there's always a lot of discounted items in the fridge section.

It's fine. You can get stuff quickly and the staff are courteous. Hope they build an Aldi or Lidl on the old hardware store site as Windsor is hurting for choice when it comes to food shopping.

Avoid this place and go to the big Tesco's or the little one.

Manager is useless here, you can tell him they haven't ordered certain things and he does nothing, you tell him rotten food is on the shelf and he does nothing, you tell him he should clean up the store.. nothing, ask for more competent staff that don't hide from the tills.. nothing.

Weekend staff are even worse.

I bought 4 baguettes for £1, there was no till display working on Sunday night and no receipt handed out so I asked for one and after I checked it the discount wasn't applied. I went back to ask and apparently all baguettes must be the same..It is misleading as all shelf advertised as 4 for £1
