Love this shop for my partner and 2 boys especially my 11 week old as we got his 1st ever kit..

We took our severely Autistic son to the shop a couple of months ago, as we arrived my son who is 8 and none verbal indicated to us that he needed the toilet, we asked the young member of staff if we could use it to which she was very politely Said yes, thats when the manager turned and said we couldn't as we wasn't "insured" which i found amusing since we had used the toilet on previous visits without issue. My wife and I looked at each other because without a toilet he would likely wet himself, we were discussing what to do when my son looking very distressed now indicated to us that he was desperate. We returned to the young woman who was by the toilets and explained the situation, she was really understanding and used common sense and said yes. As my son went into the toilet these called "manager" appeared and said abruptly "MATE, I TOLD YOU YOU COULDNT USE THE TOILET, YOUR NOT INSURED!!, he didn't even give me the opportunity to explain, I looked at him and only because my son was there I simply said "RIGHT OK" as he the carried on rambling on, if my son wasn't in ear shot he have got more than that. I went into the toilet and my son who was now clearly distressed by this clowns actions didn't know if he could use it, I reassured him and he did. I came out and explained to my wife what had happened and she and our family friends we was with was disgusted by him, i reluctantly bought the kids kits as we was going away on holiday but really didnt want to give them my money. We sent an email to Everton explaining what had happend and how they clearly treat people with learning difficulties but they couldn't even be bothered to reply. As life long Everton fans it's made us completely disinterested now and will not be returning.

My favourite places to buy all my Everton things. Like shirts. Gifts for the family and myself. I just love going in to the shops belonging to Everton football ⚽️ club. We I go after to watch my beloved Everton when thay are at home. Fantastic up the toffees.
