I had a faulty Animal gilet for Christmas. Ordered on line from Animal. The order email had been deleted. We took the gilet into store, just in case they could help. The ladies were lovely . The manager ( I think she was) was so helpful . She returned it, re ordered me one and also gave me a gift card to cover the difference as the gilet was now reduced. Thank you so much for your help

Just been in to return an item and not impressed with the customer service received from the Manager. I had an e-receipt from another shop. After a series of blunt questions from the Manager, like is this a web order, is this a photo of an email, where's the bar code for this item on the receipt, it really felt like I was in the wrong. Not able to make a refund on my card, but a gift voucher which I hate. She did phone Head Office, but they had exactly the same attitude as the Manager. Turns out the have had a new computer system and have some glitches that need sorting. Fine, but don't make it my problem or make me feel I'm in the wrong. I was only using what the shop had sent me in the first place.
What's the point of having an e receipt if it's going to cause these problems, might as well have a paper one and not be environmentally friendly.

Plenty of choice in store. Great for adventure holiday kit. Laura was brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful had a lot of product knowledge. Telephoned store when I got home reference a waterproof jacket. Laura was once again superb and put jacket on one side for 3 days for me so I could get back to store. Very impressed

Not much stuff in my size (S). Would agree with other reviewers regarding the pricing strategy - seems to be that they mark-up the “baseline” price to make their never-ending sale look worthwhile. There are better shops nearby.

Ideal shop to visit now the temperatures are dropping, while long underwear may not be sexy it's what you need when you're working outside! Always something worthwhile buying here, at a good price.

Lots of choice, reductions on mens and womens clothing. Staff seemed friendly however one staff member very loudly said he had 10 minutes left to work and asked what to do. Put me off.
