The staff are all lovely at Bridgnorth Sainsburys. The store has a nice atmosphere. There is still an each customer matters approach here, I find.

Unfortunately, the toilets have been closed and are no longer. Apparently due to the state adults were leaving them in.

I have always found Sainsburys to have a good selection of quality produce.
However, personally, I would like to see much more locally grown organic produce available. Supporting our own Town and Counties growers/farmers first and foremost. Then filling gaps with other organic growers/farmers across England and Britain.

The store is always clean and tidy.

The shelves can get neglected (empty boxes left on them) and messy (probably the customers) at times.
The OCD in me often takes over when I'm shopping... and I find myself removing the empty boxes and tidying up the products - putting them infront of their correct stickers, etc.
I'm sure if security watch me shop, they must wonder what I am doing when I start tidying up, as I go round.

This Sainsburys also has an Inpost Locker sited outside, which is handy.

It also has a Cash Machine. Which is also handy.

Decent sized car park with some allocated Disabled parking spaces, allocated Parent & Child parking spaces and there is one allocated Motorbike parking space.
I am not aware of any wider parking spaces available for vehicles larger than the average car. So, vehicle access maybe tight (especially if people do not park centre in the bay. Inwhich case, you may need to climb out of the sunroof!).

Parking payment machines scattered around the car park, which accept cash and card payments.

Overall, a decent store.

I was very impressed by one of Sainsbury’s Bridgnorth employees called Sarah who offered to look after my very new puppy whilst I went into the shop so it didn’t have to be left in my car. This was over and above anything I could have expected and I was SO grateful. I am here on holiday (from nr Whitley Bay) so I was doubly grateful

A small branch of Sainsburys without cafe or any other attached business. Although small, the store is tidy, well stocked and customer service is brilliant.
The parking fee is a pain but necessary as a deterrent to freeloaders.
Could be improved with the addition of a cafe and an Argos collection point.

Sainsbury is Sainsbury... marked 4 stars as recently they made all trollies the type you need to put a pound in (who carries change) and these random barriers to enter. (Why ?! It won't stop shop lifting, it just slows entry... Idiots)

Everything you need for daily life and more. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that annoying paid car park ( you get the money back...it is just the hassle...)

Awful experience. Signs on all the toilets saying out of use ask staff for help . Asked for help and was told no toilets can be used as someone stole the disabled key ! Was told this after I had to interrupt two staff members who were just talking while I was waiting . Card choices very limited so travelled 30 minutes to use a decent store ! Surely there's a law against being open without toilets being accessible?

Found the pay parking a real pain as it was raining and not at all intuitive Three attempts to pay the £1.20 for 1hr. We were only there for 15mins
