Looks nice, staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy.
Unfortunately another customer, who was apparently in a massive hurry, wouldn't stop huffing and puffing at standing in one spot for 30 seconds whilst I conducted my transaction... Maybe he was off to protect the crown jewels or something? Pity so many people are so incredibly impatient these days.

Store itself is good, found a parking spot out front which was handy.

Normally staff are very friendly and helpful but & very big but for me. I asked a member of staff an older gentleman with grey hair who was stocking up shelves if he could help me find something. He looked at me with such anger for interrupting him that he clearly didn't want to help, so I did say to him " don't worry you clearly don't want to help" he shrugged & carried on with what he was doing. The young lad at the till apologized & did try to help like he always does. Get rid of your unhelpful staff who should be there to help. I suggest he doesn't work in customer service.

1st time I have been in there, had to return a parcel (another 1st),, at 1st I thought it was a waist of time as the Hermes machine would not work, the gentleman who worked in store was extremely helpful. I left a bit disappointed but as I was about to drive away the staff member came out of the store and waved me down to say it was now operational. As I don't live near the store and that was my local collection point I was extremely grateful. ?

Has all the essentials you would need, and at a reasonable price vs. what you would expect from a convenience store location. Parking can be a bit tight at the front, but room around the side if needed.

I was attempting to use the hermes parcel drop off, and was having some trouble. I asked for some assistance and was treated extremely rudely, and was talked down to as if I were stupid. Extremely poor customer service.

Disappointed again to be over charged at this store. Previously it was a budgens store who made up the prices as they went along and frequently short changed...not good.
