Went in to collect a click and collect order. The lady at the till served me and said there wasn’t an order to be collected. She then stopped serving me and served other customers. She then went off and tried to look again but still ended up serving other customers. The manager then arrived answering said it was collected by someone else. After waiting for a long time she said it was ready to collect the previous day and returned to the shelves (we had the correct date booked).
She then picked the order as we waited. Some of the out of stock items were in the store in stock.
First time doing a click and collect at coop. Won’t be doing it again.

The employee of all time Cheryl. Few gripes. I don't buy bananas any more they're 25p each. Fresh bread roles were available daily not any more. No Cadbury' s small chocolate eggs. It is blamed on delivery. Never used to be like this

Convenient store, always great service when experienced staff Cherry and Lynn are working, they know their customers and are really friendly and helpful, they give your shopping experience the feel good factor, you can tell when they're not there, completely different experience, and no one seems to be as helpful

Completely and utterly useless! I have ordered from this store via Deliveroo many a time, and NOT ONCE have I received my correct order - I am constantly having items I ordered being replaced by random items which I did not order (ice cream instead of cupcakes?!), and having items I ordered being ignored and not even turning up with the rest of my order.

The first few times were forgivable - mistakes happen. However, this has happened more than 10 times now and it is absolutely atrocious. Whoever is in charge of packing the bags for deliveries needs to be sacked, as right now, ordering from this store is a game of Russian roulette as to whether you'll find a strawberry trifle or a birthday cake in your bag.

Truly incompetent - sort it out!

Grand and good for our PuNK weekend,

Prices are unbelievably high. I thought things would change after Guild Foods, they did for about a week! Prices soon went up. Stoke Local prices are half, and sometimes a third. Also many items are out of stock.

really shocking bad store! normally only one person on till so waiting 10 mins to been seen,even when the bell is pressed for some help no one comes. seems to be no hurry or good customer service/ hardly anything on the self's, always lots of empty space. never have anything i go in there for.........been going down hill ever since Andy left about 2 years ago. its now a joke......meant to be a convenience store but its far from it......

Some of the staff are very friendly and can see they are trying there hardest but seems like its very poorly managed these days! iv never complained before! but iv put up with this sorry excuse for a store for too long....
