Really disappointing digital system – only two people handling orders, which caused long delays. They urgently need to hire more staff. By far the slowest service I've experienced for fast food. ?⏳

Great things to buy. Very good food and everyday consumables at reasonable prices. Although busy at checkout, we went through quickly. Lovely to have service people and bag packers at checkout. Very friendly and efficient. Extra people at the door check meant queue didn't last long.

Great store. Always find they have plenty of stock and never run short. Friendly staff. Please keep in mind that this place gets very very busy. Allow plenty of time when coming here.

Not many disabled parking spots available but the store generally is fantastic! Staff are great and the Costco is arranged in a way that everything is accessible and spacious. Travel from London to go to this Costco

If youre coming here with your international membership you must present your physical membership card to sign in (the Costco USA app is different than the UK and will not scan)

Costco optical has drastically deteriorated. Last visit 12 months ago would have been 5 stars. I have had to come back 3 times because of issues with the tests/ fitting, machines not working. The poor staff are over run with work, there is no one on the desk , long waits, lost items and notes. Previously there was 2-3 staff now mostly one. Staff have to just stop and leave mid service if their shift finishes. Staff look exhausted and as frustrated as patients. It’s a mess.

Costco is a very good option for shopping if you have to shop in bulk at a cheaper price ,I loved the experience shopping here , majority of all Costco's are built in a way that it looks similar to their other stores so it becomes much easier to find the products you need if u have even visited once , it's a good bargain for anything you buy from here , so go ahead , HappY ShoPPing ?

This Costco has zero bicycle racks and nowhere to park a bike. Not everyone visiting is there to fill a range rover full of stuff, some just come for 1 or 2 items or even just on their lunch break. One small bike rack would be nice.
