I tried to phone this store but as they were busy, nobody was able to answer the phone, but when they were free, they took the time to do 1471 and called me back.
I wanted to check if there was a particular item in stock and do an exchange with the one I had in the wrong size. They didn’t have it but the lady (Helen I think she’s called) was so helpful that she ordered one for me and did the exchange for me.
She went above and beyond to help me out and I’m extremely grateful!
I had tried to track down what I wanted in several stores in the area, and even went into the one in Guildford, but none of the others offered to help in anyway at all. Just a straight “no, sorry…!”

Mountain Warehouse shows on several sites as 'dog friendly'. However, the Farnham branch cannot be accessed with a dog, because the Country Market store it is in is distinctly NOT dog friendly. This should be made clearer on MW's website.

This shop has some of the best staff! The customer service is unreal compared to other retail shops. Claire was so friendly and helpful with my returns and made the whole experience enjoyable. They have some really great stock, and the walking boots are brilliant. I've bought a pair of extreme boots which have 3 year warranty. They are fantastic with returns
