The guy is so disrespectful, he started to shout to me and treat me very bad just because the machine to drop of parcels was not working and clearly it was not my fault. He threw me in the floor the receipt paper for the parcel I was dropping

Same as other people. Rude staff members and parcel just left in the back. You have to collect yourself and they don't even check ID to make sure you are the named recipient. Get your parcel to any of the numerous better options in the location.

Indian man on 9/6/24 when I was collecting my Evri parcel was horrible. Shouted at me. Was so rude and unpleasant.

The bearded man who was working 26/10/22 wouldn’t process my Evri return so he dumped my parcel out on the street.

Today, a cyber crime attack was used on a online service I use. This store was the address the criminals used to pick up the parcel. After reading reviews, I can see why. Well they won't be getting the item it was seen before dispatch and was cancelled.

I have no problem of collecting my parcel as others have complaint about. However, it is true that the parcels were left in open area on the floor. So there is a risk of being stolen which may go unnoticed by the shop staff, unless the staff is alert most of the time..

Aggressive man working in this store. Send a parcel with them in Hermes was the worst experience ever. No one should treat people like that, specially giving a service. Very uncomfortable situation cause he through the parcel to us. Lucky him that the police wasn’t there to see the situation.
He should be banned and removed from Hermes.

don’t order ur packages here because they carelessly store them at the back of the store unprotected where literally anyone could go up and steal ur package and they don’t ask for identification/any codes. very weird
