It's a Polish grocery store. The products are much more expensive than in other Polish stores, there are organic products, honey, alcohol, meat, fresh fruit, and vegetables. The store is clean. The service at the meat stand is very nice, you can have a nice conversation and advise you what is good or fresh. The service at the checkout was not very nice, you felt cold or had no desire for the other person. Owners should conduct training or teach customers manners. The store does not have customer parking, you have to park on the street.

Very good and fresh products and meat. The prices are more than reasonable and the quality is EXTRA.

The only issue I will mention, is that not all the staff are amiable and respectful with their customers. We asked for a certain product (where we can find it on the shelves as we haven't been to this specific store before) and the red hair girl on the meat counter respond us back in a very aggressive and rude manner.

Also, they mentioned that their slicer machine was shut down due to be ready to close shop soon and she can not slice our meat (also said in a bad manner and not nicely so we can understand ?).

However, we DO shop to polish shops, but we'll try to avoid just this one from now on.

Great little supermarket. Although aimed at the polish community it is worth a look. They have some very nice rye bread, good selection of fresh vegetables, eggs and dairy. The cake/cheesecakes look good, we tried the cherry cheesecake - delicious. I also took a punt on some paprika salami which makes a great sandwich filling, especially on the rye bread. The staff are very helpful and willing to explain in English.

Has a great deli counter, wide range of fruit and herbal teas, same with fruit syrups, other fresh and frozen produce you'd expect to find in any other local branch of a big supermarket, all competitively priced, you don't need to speak Polish to shop there.

Still making up my mind up on this place tbh. The positives are - there's a great range of Eastern European products here; the breads and vegetables are impressively fresh and the meat deli is nicely stocked. The negatives however, are that I find that the staff are sometimes less than professional and its a £5 minimum spend on card. I suppose it really depends on what your expectations are when grocery shopping.

It's a good deli, super market side of it you need to pick and choose, some of it you won't find in a normal British shop, of the things you would if you know what you are looking for are cheaper and better than you would get in a Lidl, a few things are available better or cheaper in Lidl. Polish branded spices though are for whatever reason better with more intense flavour than you get elsewhere.
