Just made an order to the store through deliveroo. We were unpacking the bags and were shocked to find that my husbands Gluten free bread was covered in mould. We could see the mould through the packaging. Tried to call them but they don't answer. Had to put through a refund on deliveroo. Whoever was in charge of checking and packing the shopping needs to have thier eyes checked. We opened the packet and it stunk so bad. Won't be ordering from them again

Staff seam to be under the illusion that if you ask for tobacco product's that you are going to run off without paying, as they hold onto the product, untill payment is made, even if you have alcohol and have already placed this into the shopping bag, 2 members of staff now have claimed this is company policy, to which I know to be false. If the young staff insist in stating this, and follow this up with then goading the customer, and when challenged on this they are then are backed up by a senior member if staff, the management are at fault. Not a way to treat any customers, they are told not to approach shoplifters but feel they are untouchable when behind a counter,
We are not criminals just because we are buying tobacco products and this discrimination from some not all of the staff need to be addressed ASAP.
Carl the store manager has advised that this is NOT company policy, so why are customers treated like this by some staff.
I am a customer service manager of sainsburys, and this attitude and behaviour would not be tolerated.
More training on how to treat a customer in any circumstances would be advantageous along with the correct knowledge of company policy

Store & post office both well staffed and stocked.
How they make any money with all the shoplifters I don't know though!

Much improved set up that the old one! Clean and well laid out. And great Post Office which is really convenient. Find the staff pleasant and helpful. Has organic foods which is a plus. Also open late for emergency shopping. Parking close by. Pleasant shop.

Just tried buying a meal deal but item's not in the deal are stacked alongside those that are. The labelling is appalling and I gave up in the end going back and forwards to the checkout. The deal goods need to be clearly indicated.
