Don’t bother trying to buy a coffee from here early morning, the staff literally ignore you and continue working on the piles of newspapers! Terrible customer service!

All about the money!! Been a valued customer since day one. Pay to have parcels delivered here all the time, come to pick it up and some woman with the worse attitude than my 2 yr old after nursery, didn’t even have the decency to end her phone call whilst trying to serve me. Then tried making out she can’t speak English when she didn’t want to give me my parcel. Go back with ID just to get my much needed items and she’s sent it back over a week before she was supposed to. LOL

Had to drop a parcel off at the supermarket yesterday. Masked up, socially distancing, then the guy came out within inches of me and then touched me!! I was speechless. Outrageous. No social distancing, no thought or understanding. I had to then 'sign' for a parcel to be sent, which I did not do but no sanitiser was offered immediately. No queing /monitoring system. I had been waiting outside for space and someone passed by me - and was told to come in by sane person. Completely blank look when I said about social distancing. Staff need training, and auditing and put into practice safe shopping! Not just a screen on the desk.

Awful business my son brought a toy on sat 6/5/17 that the paint came off over the weekend we returned it within 48 hours. We took it back on the Monday 10/5/17 and they refused to refund us as they said it wasn't covered. This means they do not acknowledge his statutory rights and that they do not take responsibility for selling what can only be described as a very poor quality item. Awful behaviour. Avoid this business.

It's OK as a shop, a bit pricey on alcohol etc, service generally is pretty good, the staff can seem a bit stroppy at times.

Friendly people well mannered and extremely helpful, presentation of goods on sale is high and the premises is clean and tidy. I recommend this shop and it's friendly staff to all members of the public.
