What can I tell you about this place?
Well, they are fantastic!
We booked our holiday, but due to being self employed, our work over-ran, causing us to miss all but one night of our holiday.....
Fear not, Jenny and the team to our rescue!
After arriving and having a chat with jenny and her dad, jenny managed to pull a few strings and get us settled on a fantastic pitch (with a small donation) which was fantastic!
You guys saved our holiday and made our little girl very happy!
As last year, all facilities clean and tidy!
Fantastic use of the kitchen areas (with pay as you go laundy facilities) lovely pool, well maintained play area and huge dog field!
Pitches are ample size with privacy hedged either side and grass kept nice and short.
Gravel road/pathways and signage with a map on arrival for directions!
Beautiful place, we will be back again!

Fantastic family run campsite. Perfect location based in a quiet village, very relaxed and tucked away. Really good location for exploring Cornwall being within 20-30 minutes from lots of key tourist spots like St Ives, Truro, Penzance. Great walks around the location to the Cornish mines. Kids absolutely loved having the pool, games room and park on site and we felt safe for the children to roam as they liked. Very clean facilities. Everything you could need on site or within a short walk to the village shop. Staff were very easy to get hold of and went above and beyond to help us in the poor weather conditions (thank you!). Perfect for a family holiday and we look forward to returning next summer!

Liked: Pitches good size and mostly surrounded by shrubs and small trees. Loved having on pitch water supply for caravan. Toilet and shower facilities very clean. Swimming pool clean, warm and indoors (great for a washout weather week). Location great for easy access to many Cornish places. Very nice, very local evening walks such as Great Flat Lode and The Basset Monument. Some lovely beaches nearby, we loved Gwithian beach.

Disliked: The toilets and showers felt a little tired although really clean.
Our pitch had quite a slope in the back corner which needed extra blocks so the caravan legs could reach the field.

Best of the best. We had a long weekend and couldn't have had a better time. Spacious, great facilities including the Swimming pool. Everything spotless clean, good shower blocks and really tidy grounds. We have a dog and they are super dog friendly. Rain or shine (we had both) it's the perfect place to be and easy to drive to all of Cornwalls best attractions

We absolutely loved this campsite. Nice big pitches, play park for kiddies, and indoor pool. Paddock for dogs. Facilities clean and well looked after. Staff friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for in campsite?
Although we had to endure some noisy neighbours one morning. I could tell you what they all had for breakfast and how many sugars they all had in their tea. I get up early myself and apart from our whistling kettle, which is switched off as soon as the whistle starts, and the noise of our zip being undone (to the tent door, not my flies), I try to make as little noise as possible.
Having said that, the site can't be held responsible for other campers' actions or behaviour.

The best campsite we have stayed on . Very clean and very clean. Toilets and showers are very clean . Family run and a lovely couple . Nothing was too much trouble for them . They work very hard maintaining the site . Dog friendly , lovely heated swimming pool and a lovely play area for the children. Very picturesque site . Very spacious. Would definitely recommend this site . Lots of shops a couple of miles away and eateries. Would definitely book again . I would give this campsite 10/10 beautiful

Liked: Lovely pitches and amazing ground to set up in! Privacy bushes and everything you need near for camping. Was very impressed. Self-check in with no fuss and super easy instructions. Highly recommend. Travelled down to St Michael's Mount for a walk and was so worth it to stay here.

Disliked: No shop on site but that's being SUPER picky. There's a small Premier a small walk/drive out of the campsite.

Beautiful campsite, lots of space and great walks to explore nearby, so very dog friendly! Staff were always very approachable and helpful, and all facilities were really well kept. We loved that there was the option to hire fire pits, which was great for the evenings. Brilliant site, looking forward to returning!
