As a tourist, I stopped by this shop and asked if there was a SIM card suitable for traveling around Europe for one month. They suggested I could get a SIM card with 75GB of data for fifteen pounds. I thought it was quite a reasonable deal.

Rude staff members and very unhelpful. All three want to do is take people's money they are happy to accept and sign you up without IDs; however, when it comes to cancellations, they ask a million questions and make all the excuses possible to make people's lives difficult.

Had an issue with my replacement SIM twice today, and Dimitar provided me with the best support and customer care imaginable. I was not in the best of ways from the issue as it was affecting my ability to work, but he was so professional, funny and engaging that it helped me twice today ensuring it would get resolved.

Will never use them again in my life

Claims to have the ability to cancel line online, but line never cancelled - now they claim you can only do it via the phone... Ended up paying extra for a line I never used... No goodwill shown

I recently visited the store and was impressed with the overall experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to help me find the right plan and phone for my needs.

I went into the Three Camden store at the end of the working day, hopeless about the functioning of my SIM. After listening to my problems, Felipe sent me away with a working SIM card! It made my day. Capable and kind staff make a difference. 🙂
