Staff were really friendly and helpful, could use a customer toilet & baby change on site but I still rate highly as the staff made an effort to find us a private space to change the baby. Product wise it was great to see what the Pergolas look like in person to get a feel for them. The quality was really evident when we saw them.

Had to request charge back via Amex as original van had lost our goods but nobody had been in touch to let us know and it was impossible to get through to customer care.

After driving up to Cambridge for yet another time to get an answer, we found out our order was lost and we’d get a brand new delivery, which was appreciated. But goods then arrived at a time we hadn’t agreed and when we queried problems with goods (they let through all the rain completely with severe water marks after a month) we were yet again not getting any responses from customer team.

We have also asked them for a return quote for another order (as we were told we’d have to pay for return). They said they would get back; that’s now close to a month ago. Again feels like once goods are paid for, customer support isn’t existing. The furniture are still waiting for pick up unused in original foil!

Amex has now paid white stores but customer service has since not responded to any query. It’s a shame as staff on site at outlet are really nice; but really wouldn’t recommend quality and ongoing customer service.

Update: they only ever get in touch if they think money is owed. Embarrassingly requested to return fully paid for furniture and only upon Amex proof noticed they hadn’t in fact refunded. Never got back to us about the other (we bought two sets) set of furniture we paid for and tried to return; we’re going to provide a quote months ago for pick up. They also never refunded delivery charge as they had agreed for as good will gesture. When asked to speak to store manager we were told he had left! Customer service is truly shocking here.
